The list of my radio & TV collection!

Ok. Everything opens with a direct link. Yes. As Arran said, this is a transistor radio. It is a more expensive version of the simplified Accord Penguin U60, which I also reviewed. In my opinion, this is a significantly overpriced product, you need to look at Ebay.
I did a comparative test of the tube Penguin U59 and the transistor Penguin U60 and the tube version won by a huge margin in all parameters. Icon_cool

Sorry, there are no English subtitles here yet, but I will install them in an hour.

Arran

I bought my McIntosh amp on Kijiji. Went to cross the border to pick it up and pay.
(cross of our Rte 87 to your Rte 15 to Montreal, it was a park 1 mile from the border).
Got detained by border guards for an hour with partial car disassembly and full patdown, plus some strange soul-saving talk from the male borderguard about my attitude towards gun ownership plus whether I owned a gun or not, and why not.
They let me go, I got late, but the people leaved nearby and they waited.
(They took my phone so I could not even phone them).
This was the fall of 2016.
So, this was my one time Kijiji purchase.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.

That's enough for me. I may not have completed that sale. Electronics nuts may appear very fishy to law enforcement. When I was in heavy astronomy mode a friend and I got a good going over when we emerged from a forest onto to the road with a large telescope and our gear around 4 am. Kept looking through our stuff. Who else would be out in a field til that hour, must be druggies or those big tubes could be bazookas. Never thought of my self as that much off an oddball. I see Kiiji stuff. I really try to avoid anything but in person purchases it also helps me cut down on bring stuff into the house. Paul B.
