help with Philco ID
#1

All, I'm getting ready to restore a Philco Radiobar and I need help with identifying the Philco model.
Here's are some pictures.

unknown damaged part
The front of the chassis is stamped 36-76 but I don't believe that is a model number.  Also, can someone identify the part that appears to be damaged?
Thanks,
Keith

That is a Philco 610 chassis (1936 model year).

Thanks Ron, I can't find a 36-610 schematic on Nostalgia Aire but the tube lineup does match a 610 based on the Grillecloth.com radio database.  The 37-610 seems to have a different tube lineup.

I found it on Nostaligia aire listed under just 610.

That's because there is no such thing as a 36-610. It is a Model 610.

Philco did not start using the model year prefixes (i.e. 37-, 38-, etc.) until the 1937 model year.

I see you found it, good. Icon_thumbup
