need help 620 blocks (4989-DG)

  I sorry,,,I just need some help on WHAT physical size Capacitor,,,I can stuff in this 4989-DG block,,,it calls for 2- .09uf @ 600 volt caps,,,I bought to Sprague 6PS-P10,,, .1uf @600volts,,,can hardly get that in there,,, Am I using the WRONG items,,,I though that I need a cap that is polarized,,positive and negative ends,,,I'm confused with ones that don't have a Black Line ( - ) side,, Is there something else to use,,,can someone help me out,,,,THANK  YOU for all your time,,,just another NEWBIE,,,Ken Jr.   Icon_crazy

You should be using metalized film capacitors such as these:

These are small enough to fit inside the bakelite block.

You can get them from many sources besides Radio Daze.
