Need help with info identifying my Radio
#1

I picked up a Philco Radio at an auction recently, and I'm having a little bit of a tough time identifying it. I'm pretty sure it is a 1933, and I'm pretty sure it's a model 19, but the code is 123, which I can't seem to find any information on. I see a code 122, 126, 128, but I don't see anything about a 123. This is my first old Philco, so I know absolutely nothing about them. Any information you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. I have some other questions about it, but I figure I'll start with general info on the radio.

Note from site admin: Sorry, but the photos which were attached to this post are no longer available.

You can get photocopies of original Philco service lit through my website.
See the Schematic Info page for all the details.

Hello, Krick27, and welcome.

Very nice find! The 19B in the older Code 123 configuration is not as common as the more easily found Code 126. This is the first 19 to add the "police" band and a fourth knob; the 19-121 and 19-122 were AM only with 3 knobs.

Yes, it is from 1933.
