COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS TRIMMER OR PADDING CONDENSERS

PHILCO These are carefully constructed compensating or padding condensers used in tuning I.F. transformers, oscillator coils, etc. They are built on a rigid micarta base with a heavy steel fixed plate and phosphor bronze movable plates with mica insulation. Adjustable by means of a micarta hex wrench (Philco Part No. 3164). All condensers in column marked "Grounded" have fixed plate connected to grounded mounting lug.
