IF transformer

Thanks, Ron. That's what I was hoping, as I tried to find a reference for that part # and just went around in circles. They stated that it is a NOS, (minus the box), and asking $20+$6 shipping. Seems a tad steep, but at this point, I'm getting kind of desperate, and it'd be worth it if it actually worked. If I recall, I think mine had 5 wires, and this one looks like it only has 4-(only one picture, hard to tell)- but would this thing be insanely difficult to install and to tell which leads go to where? Will I fry it if I make a wrong move? Would it make a difference if it was 455kc as opposed to 456kc? It does have three adjustment holes on top like mine. Thanks for any info! Icon_biggrin Jim.
