Philco 38-10 redo

They are nice looking, and I have one. I just can't get it working properly since my recap. I should get back to it and get it out of my work bench area before I start tackling my 37-116. There are some nice shots of the underside of the chassis in this thread. I should confirm I didn't screw something up in the lead dress. Not sure what else could be wrong.
