Chassis ground

No, the chassis is not connected to the PS common which is the right side of the Power Switch and the electrolytics' minusses.

They are connected through the 1A capacitor as AC-coupled.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
