Museum of Radio & Technology
#1

In June I was able to visit the Museum of Radio & Technology in Huntington WV. (Facebook Link)  I stopped in just about lunch time and met Dave, Charlie and Bill.  They invited me to sit and chat and we had a great conversation about radios, technology, chemistry and the museum.

If you are in the area its well worth the stop.  They have great collections of early radios, early phonographs, pre and post war radios, military radios, early TV broadcasting technology and even a collection of Gilbert chemistry, toolkit, lincoln logs and erector sets.

Since this is the Philco Home section, I'll focus on the some of the Philcos they had on display.  Their pride and joy was the 38-690 that was in original condition.
