.....I have a shutter dial. Does anyone offer a service to restore dials like on that one? I do not even know where to start.....

Do you need the whole radio restored or just the shutter dials? Radio Daze sells decals for them but they are tricky to prepare and put on. I might have some acceptable shutters if that is all you need.
