Thanks, Rick. As for the cabinet, you will never see another like it. That is a complete original by me. It was really somewhat dictated by both my own abilities and my tools, and also the dimensions of the radio chassis itself. The rectifier is on top of the transformer, as was done on some Philcos of the period too. That creates a source of a lot of heat high up on the chassis, and so dictated the height of the cabinet above the dial. That then dictated the placement of other features of the cabinet, along with trying to keep it small and "child sized." I was going for something that looked like it might have been a "modern" design back when the radio was made, and I think I succeeded.
