OK...
 It was introduced with the rest of Philco's lineup for the 1932 selling season. It was intended to connect to the output of a Philco radio of the time. I have never seen any documentation on this unit other than mentions in 1932 Philco sales literature. I have never seen any other documentation on this speaker. -- Ron Ramirez Ferdinand IN
